You know those awkward moments when you’re walking down the sidewalk or even a hallway and someone is a little ways ahead of you and they’re walking slow. You want to pass this person but you also don’t want to come across as rude, like you’re pushing past them or anything.

What I’ve found is really useful in this situation is to whip your phone out and look down at it while speeding your pace to make it seem like you’re in a hurry like you’re late or something.
